The facilities were fantastic, including the hot tub which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. the hut itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We were even greeted with fresh cake and milk upon arrival, a lovely touch. the location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the countryside and hills. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.

We felt most welcome and had no complaints.

Finding the property in the dark was a challenge due to the lack of clear signposts on the road. It would have been helpful to have additional towels for separate use in the shower and hot tub.

We stayed at the Laburnum Retreat Shepherd Hut Private Hot Tub Villa and it was absolutely stunning. the location was breathtaking, with a beautiful little shepherd's hut tucked away, providing a sense of privacy. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm log burning fire and delicious cakes. the hot tub was amazing, especially with a view of the mountains. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the log burner kept us cozy all night. it was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again. Cons: All was perfect! 👌🏼.

The location of the Laburnum Retreat Shepherd Hut Private Hot Tub is perfect for those looking to explore nature, with easy access to beautiful walks around the Roaches. Guests can also enjoy a meal at the nearby Ye Olde Rock Inn and indulge in breakfast or lunch at the Roaches Tea Rooms. the hut itself is cozy and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. the hot tub, although not completely private, still offers stunning views and a relaxing experience.

The shower in the hut may have limited hot water, so it's best to shower quickly to ensure warm water.
